Never cared about skill levelling here. More about Smart Castin, helps a damn lot with

When it comes to keybinding, I find it easier to move my pinkie to my shift button and my finger to my Q,W,E or R button compared to reaching across to the bottom of my screen. You never know where your cursor may be, it may be too busy microing your character.
