Saw that on the EU forums, funnily enough I found it right as Champion Select crashed. Apparently, the turn is ending "Soon". Must be a Riot "Soon".

Edit: Queue's ticking up again.

Yeah, this sucks. I meen it's always que now and downtime every second day. Me changing to US servers.
