I'd actually love to see something along the lines of "mana battery". That's awesome. It's basically spell crit which sounds insanely cool, but it would probably involve you needing to tweak a ton of the other AP items.
EDIT: Wait a minute, I just noticed some of them have UNIQUE aspects. That's ********. I was in the earliest round of beta (aside from F&F) and they originally didn't have the UNIQUE characteristic on passives.
