Most champions that get Youmuu>Bruta are AD casters.
It works pretty well on Renekton, Talon, Yorick, and Ezreal.
It's probably not as good for Nasus because he should be built tanky(And he has too many CDR heavy alternatives, and can just buy Last Whisper.), but it would be effective in 3v3, or dominion probably, he has built in sustain, and is a high damage mans with CDR.
It's really effective on anyone that uses CDR and Arm Pen effectively, they are kind of poor choices for their crit chance however.
