Its funny though, because the boost goes to ad and ap.

What's everyones thoughts about rally?

It's ****. Only useful in rare scenarios and even then rarely more useful than other summoner spells.

I've never used rally. Have a ton of friends who swear by it though. It looks like it would be... semi-useful on Kayle.
