I know this is hard for some people to understand or acknowledge but the truth is ... in some matchups ( either champions or player ) there really isnt anything you can do without extra help.

Why does this matter? Well a lot of times ADCs THINK there's something you can do about this ( ie .. they're poking us down to nothing so we need to engage hard everytime we get close or they're engaging us hard we cant do anything but poke ) ... this leads to many adcs demanding "GO IN SO WE CAN KILL!" dude .... im sorry but like when were down 20 cs, already at 50% hp and I cant get to river to get good vision .... ur just gonna ave to play super safe im sorry man ....blindly engaging will not help this situation.

Here I kind off agree. There are many matchups where your options are severely limited, but I honestly don't belive that there would be a single one, where there would be nothing you can do. For there is always something you can do. Perhaps you can just farm and outscale your opponent, or you can shove the lane and roam, or you can push and gain gold advantage from turret plates, or you can force fight and Flash the crucial ability of your opponents, or you can ward the jungle and force early objectives, or you can counterbuild your opponents, maybe you can freeze the lane, start funneling your carries, change your playstyle, buy yourself unexpectable items and try to gain the power of surprise, go for super late game items, go for super early game items...

There is always something you can do. Yes, in some matchups it is harder then it others but there is always something you can do to at least not mess up your lane. And yes, perhaps you won't completely MVP your match but you can at least play it on above-average level.

Thats my point though.... there IS no options sometimes, the farm and scale into late game IS an option, Im saying there are times where you are just completely undone in lane and sometimes its player skill, someitimes its the matchup, sometimes its because of early mistakes
