I have an upgraded Alienware M14x. I can run Crysis 2 and all that ****. With the newest update I have seen around a 40fps upgrade, BUT only when i'm walking around. If I am standing in place I will have around 120fps, but the second battle starts it drops a HUGE amount. Before the last update the framerate would stay around 50-70 all the time, but now it goes from 110fps to around 40/50fps during battle. This may be because I main Ashe and she has been graphically updated, but I do think that there are inconsistencies and problems with some of the graphical update.

so the patch increased my FPS by about 20 but yea, it really spikes harder in teamfights.

Happened to me too. Funny that on PBE the improvements were actually felt.

*confus*

On a sidenote, 1000 new bugs arised. I even saw my bf ban go for a 9 character ban on a ranked game WOO
