Well Luigifan said they might re-work him so that will be awesome. Vlad was my 2nd champion after master yi xD (when I first started)

I just hope if they buff him it won't be like his last "promised" buff. Morello promised it too. And then the patch came out. Oh yea they buffed him. By fixing the Rylais bug.

And how can Vlads ult be what is holding anything back... There are SO many ults right now that do more damage. There are SO many casters right now that just faceroll and do tons more damage than Vlad. I don't understand that idea.
But hey... if they buff him... great. If they rework him... cool... I still plan on playing him because well... I win with him when I play him. I just don't play him much anymore due to trying to expand my repertoire.

That is a substantial buff, and it WASN'T a bug.
They had previously nerfed him by making Q count as an AoE for the purpose of Rylai's.
Tri lane for life.
