if you want to win solo queue then pick a hard carry top lane (see: tryndamere/zed), kill your lane opponent 4 times, and split push the whole game or come into teamfights and wreck face
GENERALLY if you are beating your lane, you'll win games more often than you lose them
THERE WILL BE GAMES where the rest of your team does horribly and you just lose and there's absolutely nothing you can do about that
however, the enemy team is just as likely to get these players, and if you destroy your lane opponent, you should still be steadily gaining elo without much difficulty

This. If you want serious feedback because you feel you are doing things wrong, then ask away. If you want to complain about teammates instead, use your ranked thread.
Not all games are going to be winnable, but you should focus on doing well in your own lane and making sure you win that every time. If you don't play top too often (aka if it's not your main role), I'd suggest sticking to a limited amount of champions, which makes it easier to focus on making sure you're playing the role well enough not to struggle against any top lane mains you might be facing.
No I was just really mad about that game, I actually need help. I can win top lane pretty easily, but I have trouble doing anything with that when I don't have a good splitpushing champ.

OK the real question :
What to do as top laner when all the lanes are feeding and are braindead? Splitpushing really doesn't always work when your team will spend the time that 4 people are chasing you killing jungle creeps, especially if you don't have a good splitpushing champ.
Also how to get mid lane when not 1st pick? I swear every first pick takes mid and then feeds with it even though I ask politely for it in champ select
