I still think that maokai and jayce are stronger, but if you're confident in your aatrox abilities, go for it!
If I helped you out, be sure to throw me a +Rep!

Attrox support works better than Attrox top lane. You have moves that literally control the lane for your ADC while you still have enough power in the beginning to farm your opponents and you also have another life which a lot of other supports dont have and you have a ranged harass and a knock up dash and a move that gives you life steal which really helps if you utilize that one item face of the mountain.

Also, I think the levels of immorality in this thread are astounding. You'd really throw a child off a boat for your own luggage? Wow.
Blind pick is insanely easy. I won 100% of 20 games in it when I was first trying out Aatrox and customizing my build for him. It wasn't until I played around 11 ranked games with him that I realized I was truly good, because I won all of them except 3.

His E now has AD scale making his poke better overall since top Aatrox max E first anyway.
I own him since s4 but never played him seriously, and since I'm jungle Rengar main I didn't play him in rank.
I had very low expectation on him, but turned out he's quite good in lane phase and I win my lane with him like 9/10 games (I'm plat 3). I wont say that his team fight is good because it's not, but at least he can split push very well.
I played like 20 blind pick games with him and win almost every time. So, I think may be I can play rank game with him.
Now my main choice on top lane when I climb is Maokai Jayce.
Should I go serious on Aatrox and try to climb with him?
