After a long* w8,Xerath has finally recently joined the fields of justice,which leads 2 the big qns,is he good or not?Should i buy him or not?i m not a rp player & buying xerath=saving hell of a lot of ip 4 hella a long time so i'ld like 2 hear more about yr opinions on xerath,hes usefulness,dmg,pros & cons

Every champion go on their respective free week 2 weeks after their initial release (typically the week the next new champion is released)
