Well look at that, nerfing his (Singed) CC reduction? LoL can't believe that...Oh wait it was one of the things I suggested for making him less obnoxiously OP...It won't hit him too hard, but it will be a QoL change for the champs any Singed wishes to chase. WOOT less annoying OP spell shield for MANganna. Now if they just wake up and make it block ONE spell effect but keep magic damage shield. I think that would be a bit more balanced. Otherwise it's still stupidly OP...Oh hey WOOT her sustain is reduced...I'm liking this patch ^_^

Ya, I'm liking these changes, they're all very appropriate and should balance out all the FotM champs.
Ironically I played a game with AP MF yesterday, and found that it was actually somewhat decent, if you build on-hit items like
Malady. With the buff to her ult hybrid mf or on-hit mf could be viable. They should increase the ratio on Impure Shots if they really want to make it viable (although Double Up is pretty useless for this kind of mf).
