Then they said same thing about stealth rework how many tinmes?

"It's been a while since I gave an update on this.... so...

He's close. I'm in the stage of balancing numbers on him now and barring setbacks he should be ready to go soon(tm) [but prob not real soon(tm)]

Actually, yes, he is like LB, but can't nuke somebody and can't fight somebody even midgame, while LB can.

Xin barely has any escape method, his assassin ways are head on while leblanc frequently relies on juking to get things done. It's the difference between a finesse and HURR HURR KILL
