Once my entire match history was filled with losses. I guess the best way of avoiding or breaking losing streaks is to quit playing for a while. Either you just simply don't care about losing after a certain amount of time or you tilt and become way more emotional about errors in the game what prevents you from performing as well as usual. Rethink what you've done wrong or what caused the game to turn out being a loss but also try to step back from League for a moment and do some after activities.

Thanks to Emikadon for this sig!
In ranked: 7 (last season) and 6 (this season) games in a row, both times in Plat V.
In normals: Definitely had 10 in a row before, possibly even more.
There's not really much I do to turn it around apart from maybe playing champions I'm more comfortable on (provided I wasn't playing those already) and making sure to quit whenever I feel it's getting to me (which luckily doesn't happen all that often). It's frustrating, but it happens to the best of us.

So, what was your biggest losing streak and what do you do now not to let it happen again?
