Mordekaiser doesn't compute with that, got no clue what the previous posts are on about in terms of difficulty of hitting his skill-cap as its as straight forward as Creeping Death on self-cast bind and using it on others when appropriate; knowing who to Children of the Grave and warding.Morde has a WAY higher skill cap than any of the other champions in that list.
He is the only champion in the list without a reliable CC or gap closer.

Twitch would actually be perfect for you. He has one of the highest damage output's in the game but an extremely high skillcap, he takes alot of practice.However if you are looking for someone easier go with KArthus or morde

Haha alright everyone well I tried Mord, and I came to the conclusion that even though he can be vulnerable early game, he absolutely ownz late game. Still getting the build right for AP/AD powered teams. But loving him. Example, I was against Fiora. I was lvl 14 and she was 17. She even used her Ult on me got me down to half and I just obliterated her.
