The percentage score is not the same as the guide ranking score. I believe the percentage score is a flat upvotes divided by downvotes. Then remove the (All Time) and your argument is valid. Otherwise, you are using a *current popularity* algorithm instead of *all time* percentage; the title of the page is quite misleading.
I will double check about the formula (not sure if the % display is calculated using the votes counting towards rank or all votes total). If it's the same as the other sorting methods then I'll talk with the devs about what we can change it to.
