Nobody seems to mind people linking their builds in their sig, and the stamps are small so it's not a major distraction.
I think you already know this but yeah, as Shrillex said, creating a thread just to spam your build is definitely a no-no, and replying to someone else's build only to spam your own competing build is also a no-no, not to mention seriously poor taste.
