Sounds like you have some pretty bad Adware on your computer.
I suggest downloading the free version of Malwarebytes and running a full system scan.

Backup, Format, Reinstall always works.
I also recommend MSE since it's the least resource intensive and annoying free A/V currently available, it also ties into Windows 7 directly instead of using kernel hooks and thus isn't affected by several types of attacks.
Edit: To clarify, I meant for passive scanning and protection for the future - not removal.

To clarify nand means Microsoft Security Essentials and I must say it is one of the best free anti virus programs currently available. Still recommend getting Malwarebytes for use with "on demand" scanning when you know for sure you have a virus and your other programs are not picking it up.
