As a quick update, I did some studying on the interactions that the page in question uses, but there's really only two things that could ever stop you from clicking on masteries:
- click handlers aren't assigned (which I can't duplicate unless javascript is turned off, but then they shouldn't appear anyways...)
- there is some kind of invisible element hovering over top of the masteries, thus blocking your attempts to click. To which I can't find any element in my testing that would get in the way.
This really is some kind of problem, but without actually sitting down with you on a screen sharing program, unsure I can offer any more ***itance in this matter.

I have tried using both mozilla firefox and -shudder- internet explorer. I have cleared cache and cookies with ccleaner.
I run windows 7

It doesn't work on any of those browsers either. (In addition to google chrome)
