Try clearing your cache. that might fix it. Or simply wait until tomorrow. That might work too.

Yeah, it's because the images of the champions there are actually just coming from one big image (a sprite). Your browser is still using the old cached image that is missing Wukong. Clear browser cache (Ctrl+F5 or Shift+Click refresh button works in most browsers) and it should be fine.
