...I hesitate to provide any sort of positive response on this topic, but it has to do with gravatar not finishing updating your info and you not clearing your cache.
For the record, I can see your specialized avatar. If YOU can't, clear your cache.

1 made a account and activated it
2 uploaded image from my computer as my gravatar
3 cropped it with the gravatar thing
4 made it G rating (it already was) and allowed it to change to that picture
5 after it didnt work for a bit i checked my emails and they were the same
6 i logged out and re logged back in to gravatar to see if it worked, it didnt
please help
