There (sadly) currently is no way to do that. Best option would be putting the Wriggle's before boots, I guess.

I need your help! So I am making a guide for Fiora (hope it will be released soon (;) and I have it so that you buy boots then a Wriggles, but then later you sell the Wriggles for a Bloodthirster. It is showing that you sell the boots and keep the Wriggles, is there anyway I could change that on the guide page?
