Nobody may see the list without ascending the mountain of Hax, swimming through the Firewall River and going into the cave of low bandwitch. Only then may you see Matt and ask him to see the list. Of course, he might just say no at that point.

I saw something when I was adding masteries to my build, and wasn't sure if I was missing something, or if this has already been discussed. When I added only masteries using the build planner to a base build guide, none of the champ's stats were changing. I checked some builds out there, and noticed if you hover over the champ stats at the top, you get a summary detailing base, items and rune bonues, but no masteries. Are masteries just considered part of the base build in this case?
I searched a bit for threads on this, but didn't find any. If one exists, please post a link in this thread :)
