I've had this exact same problem happen to one of my guides before. Try logging out and looking at your guide as a guest. If you can see all the sections just fine, you will need to recopy your guide word for word. It's not a caching issue.
Your guide is probably changed in the unpublished version due to some glitch that may have happened. Mobafire isn't perfect, and stuff happens sometimes. I'd recommend keeping a copy of your guide sections in a word document, just to be on the safe side.
Sadly, there really isn't much that can be done unless you PM Matt with the time and date that your problem occurred. He might be able to restore it, but it would probably be pretty difficult. If you want me to send you all the text that you have (can't see the "real" code as the non-publisher), just tell me and I'll PM you.
EDIT: It is just fine in the published version, the community still sees your full guide. Your just gonna have to redo it in your guide editor.

I just took another look at it a couple of minutes ago, and it seems different than before. You're right, everything seems to have shifted a bit. I don't think I can help you, sorry.
Only thing left is to either rewrite it or PM Matt.

I just got this same problem. I was in the middle of writing a new Blitzcrank guide and suddenly my Introduction, Advantages and Disadvantages and Masteries sections have all either gone or have the text within them changed. Even chapter titles have changed or been deleted. And since I haven't published it, I can't access the guide unless I am logged in as the author.
If the content is visible in the guide editor but not visible when actually viewing the guide, it is usually due to errors in your bbcode (check for unclosed tags, typos, missing or mis-typed brackets, etc...), or hiccups with the caching that will clear in time.
If the content disappears from the guide editor however, there's not much we can do. It's possible that you did something strange with the back button in your browser or by opening multiple editor tabs, switching back to an old tab, that a plugin in your browser mucked things up, or that you clicked save and there was an issue with your internet connection or with the server at that moment and it did not actually save properly.
When you save your guide, it should only take a few moments and then you should get a popup informing you that it has finished saving. If you don't wait long enough, or you otherwise never get this popup, then it did not save properly. I would recommend if you're ever unsure, to keep a local copy of your guide chapter text just in case. Also note that the server has a brief outage every day at midnight PST for a couple minutes while doing backups. If saving fails, you should be able to wait a few minutes and try again. If you get logged out while waiting, open a NEW tab (leave your guide tab open) and log in again, then go back to your guide tab and try saving again.
