I copypasted your description on Word and found out that you only have around 2,500 characters in your guide description - a complete guide is defined as 5,000 characters or above. Until you reach that mark, it won't be counted as a complete guide - however, you can still find it through the guide browser by turning the filter to "All Builds" instead of "Complete Builds".
