#1 Yes
#2 Yes (with the addition that the author gets to look over the comment to see if it is constructive or something stupid like "Omgz0rz, why u put zonya on yi nub lulululz")
#3 No (The fact that other people have a lot of information to add to how to play a certain character, I think that a very lengthy description is the only way to fully get your point across unless you want to post stuff in the comments section, which would mean no pictures)
#4 Yes (your description was a bit confusing but I agree)

B-Wong, I think you might have misunderstood his suggestion for #3. He meant that there would be a minimum length, not a maximum length. So your description could be as long as you want, but could not be shorter than, say, 150 characters.
The idea is to prevent people form posting builds with a description that just says "ap lulz".
Does that make sense?

I agree with everything as well other than #6 for the same reasons as what Matt said.
Matt I think your idea for #6 was a good one and would work out fine. If it doesn't work for some weird reason or another than you could just change it back till a new alternative is found.
I agree with removal of this "build" and i accept deleting my comment permanently. Although would suggest it "moved" to the new upcoming forum if the "matter" has not been resolved by its release.

We should be able to change our +/- after we click in case there was a miss- click or we misjudged the build.
