Well at least i dont offend ppl with calling them names. Your behavior is rather childish.
I comment how i felt it, at least always commenting why i think i think something is not good. I did +1 and -1 in early days and ALWAYS left a comment (even if mean one) when i did -1, why i did it.
I want ppl to do that, that is why i am doing so.
You dont agree with a petition just becouse of 1 point of it? what about the rest?
I didnt say anywhere that it needs to be 100 pages of word text with font=4.
I REQUIRE person to take an effort in what they are doing. As i suggested 150 chars are like 3 sentences. I think even you are able to write 3 senteces why we should use that build not another or just clarify your odd choices.
Also i dont +1 or -1 a guide just becouse it has or hasnt got a description. But at least i can talk about something when it has desc and person is accualy writing why he did pick nashor on Ryze. When i dont have a desc i am not a God and allknowing-beeing so i point out that picking nashor on ryze is stupid, in my opinion ofc. But if that person would put a desc like "I put nashor for more Lichbane procs and his AS will make it viable" at least i know the reasoning and make me try his way, just to test it. Without it it seems pretty stupid right?

Very accurate points about people giving a negative -1 to a build and not leaving a comment on why you feel it deserves a thumbs down.
Plus, the rude comments that some do make. "Behind a computer screen syndrome" has to stop some day. Don't be jerks just because you feel you can get away with it.

I only said Suggestions, you make the sections yourself. Wether you want to [ b ], [ u ], [ i ], or even [ Size=X ] it, I think the outcome will become different. If suggestion hinders creativity, then there is something wrong with the concept of improving a guide. Let me give you an example, just because this might not help you... it doesn't mean it won't help others:
My Guide-Section List:
• Introduction – Just tell them what this guide is all about, what do you focus on?
• Pro’s and Con’s – What’s Positive and what’s Negative about using your strategy?
• Pre-game – Reason behind the setup you are using: Summoner spells, runes, and masteries.
• Optionals – Remember to include optional Items, and Summoner spells as well!
• Laning-phase – Take us through early game and tell us what strategy, playstyle, and techniques you are using.
• Jungling – Discuss the matter of jungling, and taking the ancient buffs.
• Teamfights – Tell us what the strategy is here, and how we are supposed to deal with certain targets.
• End-game – Just another brief description on the later stages of teamfights, pushing, and ganking.
• Tricks and Techniques – Special tricks, Combo’s, bugs and glitches, etc.
PS: Feel free to summarize the plot, make lists, and add pretty pictures, videos, and links.

First, I would like to say that this is a very good petition, and an even better discussion that shows me the community is made of friendly and considerate players who genuinely want the best experience for everyone.
I nodded after each point DEWO made, thinking - I was just considering the same! One point I'm torn on though, and it seems a common theme..
Restricting languages would (to some extant/on average) impact the quality of guides written in a language other than English. Forcing the author to write in language they may not be as familiar in would only make it more challenging to think through the build process and communicate why they made their choices, and how to best use their build.
I'm not a web developer (I'm comfy in software quality assurance kthx!), but would it be possible to assist communication by implementing some way to dump the guide to google translate, or babel fish? It's not always too clean a translation, but it makes it easy to translate and use understand the guide by considering context and such?

It could be something of a template inserted in desc box that you could delete, and ppl that want to use it they would only fill it in.
