[Question] Elo Border

Platinum will be preferred but doesn't mean anything. Otherwise people would only be using LoLPro and Solomid anyway as the most of the real high-elo players and tournament players can be found there.[/quote]

If they see a high elo say such-and-such, they'll think it's true, no matter how bullshit it actually is.[/quote]
