Wilding Claw:The attack speed boosts are either wrong or, not clear.
Activation gives 15/20/25/30/35 % increases.
Continually, it gives 20/25/30/35/40 % increases.

Wingborne Storm: The wave's damage is now 15/25/35/45/55

Overall: The mana costs are now 55/50/45/40/35

Maybe replace Persistent with Continual or something along those lines? Makes it a bit clearer as to what the skill does.

I believe that the wiki's wording is "Persistent' so we went with that.
