Tho I doubt the long term players haven't seen any change in it, because their use to it.

So this thread was made for new players like myself joining in Nov 2014.

They haven't changed the AI for minions in a long time so... they haven't really?

Minions attack you if you auto-attack an enemy champion in range. Always have, always will.

Well yes the graphics have change, but yea before no minions were able to kill me or follow me around into the jungle. So if that's not change idk what is!

Aggro + vision = they will follow you as long as you're within their range. It's not that uncommon to be stalked by a few minions for miles.
