there is no "best champ" in LoL. Let me give you an example: These days they say that
Irelia is OP. So many people go and use her, but end up feeding and get complained by teammates. Well, if you really need a best champ, sorry....there is no best champ...every champ get countered by some other champs, but if you could, you can try out
Vayne, since she could carry the whole team in late game if she is well farmed.

How to How to How to TACODILE!
Usually champions that can snowball very well and aren't as reliant on your team (teamwork is still very nessecary to succed tho) are the best champions to try and win with while soloQ'ing. I'll do a little list for 'carry' champs in each role
Top:
Riven ,
Jax ,
Irelia
Mid:
Fizz ,
Akali just assasins in general atm
Jungle:

Can confirm everything up to Diamond IV do not know how to lane against
LeBlanc. They eat sigils like cookies and stay in range for me to combo them even while marked.
People learn a bit (only a bit) faster up here compared to low gold, ofc, but you only really need to outplay them early to secure laning advantage.
