You get it by getting a lot of helpful honors from non-premade players. There is no specific set amount to get this, I'm pretty sure it has something to do with honor to games played ratio, though.

There is a specific number. 50 honor in any honor category to get each ribbon. At least, I'm pretty sure that is the number.

I don't think so...I got a red ribbon and I'm only at 40 Honorable Opponent honors. No blue one for me yet, but meh.
Mains: Ashe (almost exclusively), MF, Anivia
Also played: Teemo, Kayle, Karthus, Vladimir

I got my Honorable Opponent at 26, and my Friendly at 67.

I think it has a nÂș of games played/number of honorable opponent votes you get ratio. I got mine at around 30.
