-You didn't play ranked for 2 weeks
In any other case, no, you cant lose ELO.

Some months ago I read something about an Elo loss if the account did not play (ranked) games and I would know if it is true :
It would be 2 weeks, if no one game is played (normal or ranked).
3 weeks, if only normal games are played.
I dont remember how much the elo loss would be.
Is it true ? I dont have so much time/motivation to play ranked, but I dont want to loose elo, 1200 was not fun.
