Not trying to be rude, but I just hate AP on cho sooo much!
It might be more effective now with the better cast time on Q though, so I'll have to retry it out.
For now though, I'd recommend an early combination of Wit's End, and Frozen Heart, then follow up with more on hit, and a GA. The only AP I'd maybe build on him would be an Abyssal Scepter.
