Cuz Talon has skills that increase his dmg to his target. So if Talon can land his combo, he has significantly increased dmg. If he cant, than his dmg is a lil on the down side.

not trying to offend but shes hmm meh not as good sorry dude maybe get othere main? i saw many people dies alot with her and hate her even pros but maybe you should start to play deffrent maybe you like kills how about start to be a support? like you kno damage the enmey and make your friend get the kill ? i never used eve but from what i saw she isnt good
