Read Xenasis's Jungling guide.
Make sure you know your champ, have right runes, gank as much as possible, and ward.

At the beginning i would test the char with runes etz. in a privat game.
Then you can see if your build and runes are good enough to have an effectiv jungler.
If you dont need the buffs(for example from the mana golem) than help your mates to get it. That will help them alot.
The most important places where you must ward are the buffs, dragon and in the late game baron.
Gank often, also when you not get a kill. You can also make the enemys dmg.

So I suck at jungling and was needing some help on how to gank, place wards, etc. Im currently level 26. Thanks.
Ganking is very champion specific but generally you're going to want to cut off escape paths. When you're running into top lane, for example, from the bush by the river, don't just run directly at the champion. Run BETWEEN the champion and his/her tower, so in order for them to escape, they have to get past you.
