As the title says, I never get the red target when a minion or champion is in isolation. AM I even supposed to, is there something I need to turn on? I am really new, so I apologize if this is an axiomatic question. Thanks!

Also, the red target only appears on the Mecha Kha'Zix skin. Otherwise it's just a small ring around them.
