go into botgames and cs - 107 spawn at 10 minutes, so if you get around 100 that's really high.
In an actual game you should try to aim for 100 around 12minutes - that'd be high as well.
Other than that, learn 2-3 champs per position, know what to do.
Watch streamer, look at your own mistakes not your teams.
Try to play with people higher than you and look what they are doing different - if you don't know people like that you could join the chatroom "Platinum vs Silver" - I dunno how bronzes are handled, but gold's and diamonds are usually also allowed.
