Well, a "generic" set of runes is: ArPen or MagPen x9, Arm or Mp5 x9, Mr per lev x9, GP10 x3
That's a very generic set that works for most champs. I' not amazingly experenced with runes though. I'd wait for Searz for a better opinion if you really want more specific runes.

since you play so many AD champions, I would recommend armor pen marks, mp5 per level runes, and movement speed quints
however, expect to buy health quints at some time because there are a lot of champions who benefit from health quints.
So if you want general runes that you'll probably use at some point, armor pen and magic pen marks, health quints, flat AP glyphs, etc. But once again, you should look at some guides for various characters to get an idea for what you should buy, and try to buy them in sets of 9.

Mana regen / lvl Seals and Magic resist glyphs are the common choices.
Also Flat HP quints are all aroundable :P
