In my opinion, save the IP for tier 3 runes when you hit lvl 20.
At your level, I believe it's too early to even have a favourite champ or a favourite lane. ARAMs won't help you find a new playstyle either.
I suggest you focus on learning the basics first in Blind pick PVP, and powerlevel in Coop vs AI.

I've played most of them, but I'm really looking to branch out. Should I buy more champions or work on the champs I currently have and get better at them? Mostly I play ARAMs and blind pick summoners.
