Depends. Is the guy bluffing? If so, then lucky you, you still got a chance. Otherwise you lost.
I had a game with a blitz who went top (dafuq I know, but the guy was freaking good, raped Jax so hard, it wasn't even funny). We lost a teamfight (lost is a big word since only the enemy malphite was still alive, with like 200 hp) He said '' Game's over, i'm quitting''. He didn't leave, but he started playing like a ******, pushing top while all 5 of them were mid, stealing blue from our ap carry, taking red buff. He kept pushing top without wards and kept getting ganekd while spamming surrenders.

I get leavers / trolls and flamers a lot on plat.
Playing on EU-west, currently 2000~ ELO.
I played a lot more solo queue before the elo changes. Now that elo doesn't matter, I assume trolling went up 1000%. However, I got trolled maybe 1 out of 10 games. I had more trolls losing the agme for the enemies than me. It's comical watchign people rage in all chat at their team while your team silently lol's and cleans up 12 free elo.

All roles are good and i am best at top / mid so i just always go top / mid. I troll (not in game, but in CS to make other dodge) or quit when im forced to bott lane, I can jungle but i rarely do! :P
