I suck. Sooooo, I'm looking for somebody who'll make me suck less! I was around 1.5k in S2, but now I can't break out of +-1350. I know it's mainly luck based, but I don't believe I'm perfect either. Looking for somebody to teach me - doesn't matter if in form of DuoQ, spectating or anything else. IGN is Morr33d, I'm on EUNE.

In all honesty (im only 50~ elo higher than you right now) you should do this.
1) Download an application called LoLRecorder. You can review your games with this system in spectator mode and look at any mistakes you are making.

2) If you're playing a specific position you should be using a website called Do not just look at the lists of why people believe specific champions to be better than other champions, actually take time to read the comments as they're very helpful.

3) Always maintain good composure in games, and don't feel the need to be perfect in every game. I've found that since pre season has started I've done 1 of two things in games that I have won. I've either carried, or been carried. Do not feel shame if you are ever carried as you cannot possibly be playing amazingly well every single game. It's natural that you derp from time to time and need a get out of fail free team every once in a while.

Also, I like to remember this quote. It's helped me not only in LoL, but also for team projects and generally in life: "It doesn't matter who does what, the only thing that matters is what is accomplished." If you keep that in the back of your head your elo should go up if you belong in a higher bracket.
