!) A person who only plays one champion, is generally referred to as a one trick pony, or OTP for short, for obvious reasons. A main, is a champion, or a role, that you prefer playing over others, this does not in anyway mean that you only play 1 champion, or role.
2) Ranked is generally a lot more competitive than normal games, which is both a pro and con in of itself, the other difference being that ranked uses Draft Pick, instead of Blind pick. (You can just play a Draft Pick game to get the hand of that one). As a side note, I would highly recommend getting at least 100 normal games in, after you hit 30, before jumping into ranked, as to avoid going down the typical bronze player's path.
3) Well, it's honestly too situational, but generally you want to recall when you are low on HP/Mana, or when you can buy a significant item, which will help you beat your opponent in lane.
4) There are very few match-ups in league that are unwinnable, and those tend to not even exist at your current level of play, however, if you find yourself struggling, the best thing you can do, is simply focus on getting as much farm as possible, and simply try to avoid dying as much as possible, this way, once the mid-game hits, you'll have a strong impact on the game.
5) If you are playing top/mid lane, it's generally a good idea to ward the river, for top lane, and the left hand side bush for mid lane, at around 3 minute mark, as usually the jungler will finish his 1st clear around that time, and will be looking to gank. As for what you should alert your jungler about, well, the key two things to tell your jungler are, when the enemy used their Flash, and if you spot it, when and where did they put their trinket ward down, so your jungler can go the other way around.

Thanks for the response, I have some additional questions about the game as well that I forgot to mention so sorry if it's a nuisance.
1) Ingame I see my teammates ping "enemy has vision here" or something like that but on the V key all I see is the Danger, Assist Me, On the Way, and Enemy Missing. How do I perform those pings?
2) Can I customize the UI? Ie: Is it possible to move the minimap to the left corner or something?
Once again thanks in advance for the response.

You are more than welcome, and feel free to ask as many as you want.
1) Yes, that's the newest ping Riot added, however, they couldn't be bothered to update the Ping Wheel, so you have to go to the in-game options menu, and set up a keybind for it, manually.
2) Yes, you can, you can change it's sizes, and move the minimap around, through the in game menu screen, I suggest making an empty custom game, so you can fiddle around with it, until you are satisfied.

Questions:
1) How do main/s work? Do you only main 1 Champ, or do you main 1 champ for each role?
2) I haven't played ranked yet so what are the key differences between Blind Pick and Ranked? (Besides the whole league ranking system)
3) How do you know when to go back for a recall in the early stages of the game?
4) What do you do when facing against a champ that's a very strong counter to the one you're playing?
5) Are there certain key moments on the ingame clock where I should be warding or alerting my JG or something?
Thanks in advance to those who respond, much appreciated.
