Oh kkkkk, well, if your friend plays as 
Hecarim, it should be as jungle role (the guy which helps all lanes and guarantee objectives (turrets, drakes, baron, etc)). In this case, if you're going to play as support your main objective will be to protect your ADC (Attack Damage Carry) early and team at late game. Junglers, on the other hand, are pretty much lone wolves and self-sustainable - you can still help him during ganks (invasions, generally 3v2 or 2v1) on your lane. I'm a new player and decided to start playing this game because someone I know enjoys this game quite a bit, they main Hecarim and I wanted to know which one class you would recommend as a good supporter to Hecarim. Having done a small amount of research it seems someone that can chain stun from Hecarim fear is good, or is fast enough to inflict free damage. They are already a very good player gold rank or something to that effect so I know I'm going to have to spend a lot of time practicing just to catch up to them, which is why I want to focus on one character that I can study and watch experts play.
