I ask myself, when should we recall?
if you recall late, you will have lot of gold, but without items, you will get killed easily or have hard time trying to kill people.
so when do you push recall button first? (around how many gold?)

It depends. Generally, you want to stay in lane until you have a reason to leave. There are a lot of reasons to leave lane, so I'm not going to enumerate all of them, but you're not always looking at your gold to decide that it's time to go back. I have games where I leave lane for the first time at only 500-600 gold and other games where I stick around in lane for upwards of 2000 gold because I just never had to leave. The amount of gold you have is not the only consideration as to whether or not you recall, and it's often not at all part the decision.

I generally recall after I kill the enemy in lane- if I can- after pushing slightly, or when they recall, or when I've been harassed too much. You want to stay as long as possible, but you should go back at any opening if you have enough gold to buy things. A lot of times, I don't go back until around 2k gold, sometimes even 3k. Just don't stay too long or you'll have too less items. You can usually hold with only starter items to around 10-15 min if you harass the enemies enough, and don't get ganked.

thank you for all your answers.
i have now a situational question:
if my opponent recall at around 1k gold (my character has enought life/mana to survive), should i keep farming, or should i push and recall so i can get items to be as strong as my opponent?

^yes.

one mistake people make is they stay in lane cause they are winning, but then die because of item advantage and lose their lane.
