OH LOOK CORKI IS VIABLE AGAIN!

I'm pretty surprised they didn't lessen his mana costs, which is his main problem.

Well from my experience he's pretty much permabanned because of how strong he is, so a damage nerf wouldn't hurt imo.

Am I the only one that thinks that they haven't nerfed Voli that much?
With Rolling Thunder maxed he'll run even faster than before.
Do I have something wrong?

^ I don't play Volibear (only just bought him) so correct me if I'm wrong here, but I'm guessing the ability isn't maxed on him first, so it'll take a while before he's actually faster than before? I mean, the notes even say it's aimed specifically at his ability to engage early.

anyways nerfs and buffs are quite subtle. not expecting much changes besides the possibility of some champs coming back into play.
