The actual reason Doublelift doesn't like Draven is because he feels he doesn't carry hard enough/consistently enough in lategame and Doublelift carrying is the cornerstone of CLG's strategy. This is why Doublelift only plays hypercarries right now ( Caitlyn, Vayne, Twitch).

Graves has no reason to be a bruiser with that burst.
Quinn's issue remains that her range is ****, passive is random, W has low impact out of lane (except when ulting), ult gives no resistances and, worst of all, her scalings are terribad. They could at least buff her Q and E ratios.
She has a lot of potential, to be honest (self peel, blind, steroids), but I feel like she will suffer from the Syndra syndrome: small buffs that'll make her worth it then some more until people realize what they've been missing out.

This one isn't a balance thing, it's thematic.
Graves is a super man mode shot gunner. I feel like making him an AD carry breaks his man mode attitude (Because carries often have to run and kite, pansy behavior for such a manly man). I liked it when he was released and everyone thought he was a ranged tank.

All I'm gonna say is that there's a reason Graves isn't getting played that much even though his kit is broken OP. It starts in 5 and it ends in 5.
