The
Flash + new Enchantment: Distortion though.. That's a good Talon buff right there. It wasn't really what he needed but nevertheless it's pretty neat.
He doesnt lose invisibility if he uses his E or his flash in his ultimate duration, so better jukes.
And Talon shouldnt need buffs because if he gets them he'll either go from 1 shotting people to 1 shotting people, or become FotM, which would frankly be ****.

Oh wow, they fixed more things than just that with Talon's ult. You can now cast Youmuu's and use HP pots during your ult without ending it too. The Youmuu's part is especially good, much better than being able to Flash in it.

Talon definitely got buffed this patch because he can now juke the entire enemy team by jumping on their carry and running away.
