Let's be fair, Riven could use something like that. She's been in a rough patch.

Well actually no. I lied. Riven liked the AD stacking nonsense. This is actually a nerf to BT on Riven hue.

I dont think riot has to nerf all of ad carrys, just draven or lucian

Quite the opposite, as we saw with Kog'Maw riot needs to shift the focus on nerfing every top ADC and buff other adc's instead.
