Stylish - Allows you to change the style(CSS) elements of specific sites or even globally. Look at this thread for more info on usability.
Greasemonkey - Adds tons of scripting functionality. It does NOTHING on it's own, but add scripts like Linkify Plus, Download Video and Textarea Backup and you'll get some great functionality.
